Forms of Truth and Criminal Justice
On April 1, 2025, the conference "Forms of Truth and Criminal Justice" will take place, organized by the National Center for Social Prevention and Defense Foundation (CNPDS) and the Department of Legal Sciences "Cesare Beccaria" of the University of Milan.
The conference will focus on the relationship between truth and the criminal sphere, exploring these issues from a broad and interdisciplinary perspective. Discussions will cover topics such as historical and procedural truth, the intersection between criminal justice and media-driven truth, the meaning of truth in criminal proceedings, investigative logic, the infosphere, and post-truth.
