Separation of careers, constitutional justice reform, or judicial reform?
As part of the event series “Current Issues in Criminal Justice,” promoted by the Rete per i Diritti (Network for Rights), a public meeting will be held in Milan titled: “Separation of Careers, Constitutional Justice Reform, or Judicial Reform? A Debate Between Lawyers and Magistrates to Break Down Barriers”.
The initiative brings together magistrates and lawyers to foster open discussion and create opportunities for dialogue across professional boundaries.
The event will be introduced and concluded by Roberto Cornelli (University of Milan). Moderators: Ilio Mannucci Pacini (magistrate) and Valentina Alberta (lawyer). Speakers: Laura Pedio (magistrate), Valentina Tuccari (lawyer), Roberto Crepaldi (magistrate), and Salvatore Scuto (lawyer).
