The seminar “Il carcere come istituzione e come paradigma. Nuove e vecchie categorie a confronto” (“Prison as an Institution and as a Paradigm. New and Old Categories Compared”) conducted as part of the project RapPresent - Report on the Present. The State of Law and Democracy in the Contemporary World and organized by the Chairs of Philosophy of Law (Professors F.G. Menga and G. Brindisi) of the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli,” is held by Professor Roberto Cornelli, Professor of Criminology in the University of Milan. Prof. Ferdinando G. Menga introduces, and Professors Stefano Manacorda and Gianvito Brindisi take part in the discussion.
