18:30 Feltrinelli Libri e Musica – Largo Torre Argentina 5/a, Rome

Presentation of the book "For a Possible Peace"

On Wednesday, April 29th at 6:30 PM, Feltrinelli Libri e Musica at Largo Torre Argentina 5/a in Rome hosts the presentation of Per una pace possibile. Responsabilità, giustizia e riparazione al tempo delle guerre [For a Possible Peace. Responsibility, Justice and Reparation in Times of War] (Feltrinelli, 2026) by Adolfo Ceretti and Roberto Cornelli, professors of criminology and experts in restorative justice and criminal policy. Luigi Manconi joins them in conversation.

At a time when war has once again become the ordinary language of politics and the collective imagination, Ceretti and Cornelli offer a bold and counter-intuitive argument: is peace still conceivable? And if so, under what conditions? The book places responsibility, justice, and reparation at its core — tools for imagining alternatives to the logic of conflict and punishment, even in the most difficult circumstances.

Entry is free, subject to availability. For more information, see here.
