Gaza: The massacre and the indifference
On 11 March 2025, the presentation of Amnesty International’s report “You Feel Like You Are Subhuman: Israel’s Genocide Against the Palestinian Population in Gaza” will take place. The event is organized as part of the History and Institutions of Muslim Countries course within the Department of International, Legal, and Historical-Political Studies, in collaboration with the Unimi Coordination for Palestine.
The discussion will be introduced and moderated by Prof. Elisa Giunchi. Yara Abushab, a student from Gaza, will share her testimony. Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur on Palestine, will join remotely, and Tina Marinari from Amnesty International will also take part in the discussion.
Attendance is free, subject to venue capacity.
