On December 11, the seminar “Corporate Criminal Liability and the Role of Restorative Justice in Environmental Offences” will be held at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
It will be an important opportunity to reflect on the increasingly central issue of environmental crimes, viewed also through the lens of green criminology. The seminar will explore both the limits and the potential of applying restorative justice mechanisms to this category of offences.
