Access to Rights. Pathways to Social Inclusion Starting from the Experience of Bocconi University’s Legal Clinics
The series of events "Access to Rights: Pathways to Social Inclusion through the Experience of Bocconi University's Legal Clinics" will open with the event “Confined Rights: Promoting Access to Justice in Prison”, scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2025, at Bocconi University.
The meeting will offer a reflection on the role of legal clinics and universities in advancing access to justice for incarcerated individuals. Speakers will include representatives from Bocconi, Bicocca, Statale, and the Politecnico di Milano, as well as the directors of the San Vittore and Monza correctional facilities. The event will conclude with remarks by Marta Cartabia, Professor of Law at Bocconi University.
