“100 Lessons for Peace”
As part of the program “La Statale for Peace”, through which the University of Milan offers a space for reflection, dialogue, and cultural exploration on issues of peace, the initiative “100 Lessons for Peace” [“100 Lezioni per la Pace”] has been launched. This peace education initiative, which is also open to the public, involves faculty members of the Milanese university dedicating one or more of their course lectures to topics within their discipline that intersect with peace and social justice.
In total, the more than 100 participating lectures, which will take place during October 2025, demonstrate the University’s commitment to promoting a culture of peace, built through ongoing dialogue with society and the local community in which it lives and operates.
