In July, The International Journal of Restorative Justice published the article “How to Hold Space for Difficult Multicultural Conversations: A Restorative Approach”.
The article examines a concrete case of restorative dialogue among university students, used to address issues of injustice and structural imbalance within the academic community. Through facilitated exchange, the process highlighted participants’ lived experiences, explored their capacity to influence change, and translated dialogue into institutional action. The authors thus propose the method not only as a tool for conflict management but also as a way to build more equitable and inclusive educational environments.
