We would like to highlight the policy brief “Centring the Periphery. Towards Youth-Sensitive Reparations in Transitional Justice in Ethiopia”, produced by Girma Gadisa Tufa. 

Starting from the human rights violations committed against young people in Ethiopia, the policy brief examines past and present efforts toward a transitional justice process in the country that adopts a restorative approach and avoids marginalizing young people. Reparations should not merely address past harms but promote an inclusive, transformative perspective aimed at building peace and social cohesion.
